About us
HaiRegen Hong Kong Limited is the sole distributor of HaiRegen in Hong Kong. The company was founded in July 2019 by two gentlemen who have more than 30 years of extensive experience in marketing and financial industries. Their wives and friends encounter hair problems like receding hairline, hair loss and thinning hair and have been trying various kinds of treatment to save their hair. Some of them even spent more than several hundred thousand on the rescue of their hair. However, all these treatments didn’t work!
Some time in 2018, we met our Israel business friend and he introduced HaiRegen to us for a trial use. After using it for 3 to 4 months, this innovative device really worked on their wives and friends with different degree of apparent improvement e.g. higher hair density, stronger hair and more flexibility of their scalp. Couple with the renowned technology of Israel, our company believes that this HaiRegen device can resolve most of the hair problem for men and women especially in their 30s to 50s.

Our Story
Prof. Dov Ingman
Prof. Dov Ingman, a stellar young physicist, immigrates from the USSR to Israel after a struggle with the authorities. He joins the Technion’s nuclear physics department . Alongside his academic career, Prof. Ingman keeps inventing in extracurricular fields. Among his interests are wellbeing and therapeutic technologies using out-of-the-box, nonconventional methods, based on his physical approach.
2007
Professor Ingman creates the theoretical basis for a solution for baldness and establishes Pilogics to develop the practical technologies based on that theory.
2008
Professor Ingman and his team build prototypes for two types of treatment options: multi-stimulation device and nano technology cosmetic composition with microcapsules.
2010
The multi stimulation device is selected for further development. Multiple treatment mechanisms are tested.
2011
A second prototype is launched for larger field test. It included three treatment mechanisms (biochemical, electrical and mechanical) operating simultaneously.
2012
A third prototype, which includes a computerized control and logging system, is tested by dozens of users.
2013
Pilogics develops the fourth, wireless prototype. Pilogics used this advanced model for a large and final field test, includes both male and female.
2014
Following the success of the field test, Pilogics started to commercialize the technology to a home use, self-treatment device.
2015
Development of the commercial model is finalized and named Hairegen. It is launched in Israel.
2016
Development of the international Hairegen model reaches completion. The new model includes LLLT as a fourth treatment mechanism, and receives CE certification.
2017
Pilogics launches the Hairegen “Personal Trainer” PC application for self monitoring and evaluation of proper device use.
2018
A clinical study on the real-world efficacy of Pilogics Hairegen is published. The study includes results by close to 300 users of varying ages and gender.
2019
HaiRegen was introduced to Hong Kong and becomes HaiRegen Hong Kong Limited

Both men and women in the early stages of androgenic alopecia who are experiencing issues with thin hair, minor to moderately receding hairline, and early stages of weakening hair fibers can benefit from the use of HaiRegen.
HaiRegen has been shown to have significant visible positive effects, with consistent observable hair regrowth of at least 25% after 4 months of regular use.
We guarantee at least a 30% improvement within the four month period for users who reach 80% of the recommended program using the device twice daily. The improvement to new hair regrowth is an accumulative measure made using two parameters: New hair growth and thickening of existing hair.
Regular use indicates following the schedule of two 3-5 minute sessions daily (total daily usage 5 – 10 minutes), with a consistent weekly completion rate of 80% for the duration of the program.
This product is not suitable if:
• You have a history of contact allergies
• You are pregnant
• You have scars, moles, wounds, or other lesions on treatment areas of the scalp

HaiRegen should be used twice a day, for about 3 to 5 minutes each time (total use time of 5 to 10 minutes each day).
The device should be used once in the morning and once in the evening, and does not impact on the rest of your daily routine.

The HaiRegen device intelligently tracks your sessions, and will automatically turn off once you have completed your required time for a treatment session.
HaiRegen will also alert you when your cartridge has reached 80% of its lifetime usage, and will alert you and turn off when it has reached 100% of its lifetime usage and can no longer provide benefits.
There are no negative side effects to using HaiRegen. This technology uses only nutrients that naturally occur in the body, and scientifically proven physical, optical, and electrical methods for external stimulation of scalp and hair follicles.
HaiRegen does not use any complex chemicals, and is only applied directly and locally to the hair and scalp that is being treated.

Androgenic alopecia (AGA) is more commonly known as male pattern baldness and often associated with older men, but in reality it indiscriminately affects over 700 million people worldwide across all races, genders, and ages.
The onset of androgenic alopecia is caused by an increase in the body’s production of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is created from testosterone by the enzyme 5-alpha reductase in the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles.
